1. Identifying the problem (Identificando o problema)
Frases: “The main issue seems to be…”, “We’re facing a challenge with…”, “The problem is that…”
Exemplo: “The main issue is that we are not going to meet the deadline.”
2. Analyzing the cause (Analisando a causa)
